Madrid’s nightlife is buzzing, but some of the most talked-about bars aren’t exactly easy to enjoy — unless you’ve booked weeks in advance. Tiny spots with no signage, reservation-only cocktail dens, or buzzy new wine bars that fill up by 6 PM. Getting a table (or even a bar stool) has become an Olympic-level challenge.
